Cancellation Policy
🐚 Cancellation & Consultation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you’re unsure which service to book or would like to discuss your hair goals, please reach out or book a consultation before your appointment.
If you choose not to have a consultation beforehand and decide not to move forward with your service after we discuss it at the beginning of your appointment, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the scheduled service fee will apply.
🐚 Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
🐚 Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
🐚 Clients arriving late may be charged a late fee. Services may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and rescheduled appointments may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
